How to set up Google Reviews with a QR code for your LOcal LEXINGTON business

1. Generate your Google review link:

  • Log in to your Google Business Profile.

  • Find your business listing and click “See Your Profile”.

  • Click on "Read Reviews" and then "Get more reviews."

  • Copy the link that Google provides. This link will take customers directly to the review form for your business.

Click on Read Reviews

Click on “Get more reviews”

Copy the link Google gives you. This will take customers straight to your Google Reviews.

2. Create your QR code:

  • There are many free QR code generators available online. Search for "QR code generator."

  • Do NOT sign in. Once you do, then your QR code could expire if you don’t pay for it.

  • Choose a reputable website and select "Website" as the QR code type.

  • Paste the Google review link you copied earlier into the designated field.

  • A QR Code will be automatically generated.

3. Download and display your QR code:

  • Once you're happy with the design, download your QR code or copy your QR code.

  • Use Canva or other image editing tool to display your QR code prominently in your business location and marketing materials. Here are some ideas:

    • Print it on receipts, business cards, or flyers.

    • Include it on posters or signage at your store.

    • Add it to your website or social media pages.

Here are some additional tips:

When displaying your QR code, include a call to action that encourages customers to scan it and leave a review. What does that mean? Give them $5 off or 10% or whatever on their next service or purchase. Give them a free gift. The reviews are worth it.

Make sure your QR code is clear and easy to scan. Print it at a large enough size and avoid placing it on busy backgrounds.

By following these steps, you can easily set up Google Reviews with a QR code and encourage more customers to leave feedback for your small business.
